Avi Shain is the Founder of Citadel Capital Group (CCG), a nationally active commercial mortgage brokerage specializing in structured debt, bridge capital, construction financing, and agency execution.

With over $1 billion in closed transaction volume throughout his career, Avi has arranged financing across multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, and ground-up construction assets nationwide. His expertise spans debt funds, regional banks, credit unions, private lenders, and agency lenders including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs.

Known for solving complex capital stacks and securing competitive terms in challenging scenarios, Avi works closely with private investors, developers, and operators to maximize leverage, preserve liquidity, and execute efficiently.
